Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy covers the Fluffy Grid game (on the web at game1.ginokit.com and as an Android app) and this website, ginokit.com. Fluffy Grid is made by GinoKit, an independent developer in Taiwan.
What the game collects
- A random device ID created on first launch, used to save your progress, daily streak, items and leaderboard entries.
- Gameplay events (levels started and cleared, time, mistakes, hints) used to balance puzzle difficulty.
- The nickname and avatar you choose, shown on leaderboards.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID and email address, used only to restore your progress on another device.
- Error and loading diagnostics (device type, browser version, error messages, how long loading took), sent automatically so we can fix problems.
- Problem reports you send from Settings, with your recent game events attached so we can see what happened.
We don't collect your name, location, contacts or photos.
This website
ginokit.com doesn't use its own cookies or analytics. Like every website, the requests your browser makes pass through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes them to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Ads
The game offers optional rewarded videos, and this website or the game may show ads, provided by Google. Google may use cookies or device identifiers to show and measure ads. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above.
Children
Fluffy Grid is meant for players aged 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we'll delete their data.
Deleting your data
Clearing the game site's data in your browser, or uninstalling the app, removes the copy on your device. To delete the data on our server, email us with your nickname and we'll remove it.
